Fall Stripers in the Cape
May Rips
November 3, 2000
One of the "striper
coast" fall hotspots is the Cape May Rips off of Cape May Point. This is
a very popular place for striped bass and fishing boats to accumulate during
the fall run. This is a social, cultural, and a sporting event which is
a highlight of the fall season for many. Just being out on the water on
a mild fall day is exhilarating; combined with the joy of sharing an experience
with friends and the fever of fishing, it becomes an epic. Below, we share
a collage of sights from a couple of days of striper fishing. Even a
bad day on the water is better than the best day at work.
